Nippon TV and ASICS jointly acquire the operator of the runners portal site "RUNNET"

Nippon Television Holdings (HD) and ASICS announced on the 18th that they will jointly acquire Arbee.

Asics will acquire 65% of the shares of Arbee, owned by the founders, and NTV HD will acquire 35%. The purchase price was not disclosed.
